I didn't want to make too further predictions in the beginning because it is very hard to judge within such as short time. It is just impossible to know enough of them. I didn't even get a chance to hear some of their voices. My predictions are based on the 3 video clips and the photo gallery. It sounds kind of ridiculous. I am sorry, but I have this feeling that Vancouver will win instead.
What she beats CiCi is her beauty CiCi is cute and sweet, but Christine has this Chinese international beauty and she seems to look perfect with the crown. Christine gives me this feeling that is she shy and independent. In this case, I think it is better to be dependant because this is group cooperation. She isn't as open and selfless.
CiCi looks very energetic. Her smile is very generous and cute. As for her presentation for the Oriental Charm award, her thoughts were general yet it's Chinese tradition. Her enthusiasm is worth come credit.
I am pretty excited in this years MCI. Looks like the conditions have gotten better. I couldn't even hear their answers to the interview. 28 pageants is to much for me to watch. It would be better it they were divided into groups are something like that. I seems as if we are traveling back to the 80's where MHK had 30 contestants. I am sure some will blabber though, and it is a waste of my time.
Any how, wishing them the best of luck during the finals and that they gained more that they excited during their visit to Hong Kong!!! GOOD LUCK...
Hong Kong representative, Skye Chan is appearing in her most fit body figure for the final rehearsals. After the nominations from the 28 pageants, Skye is announced as 2009 Miss Chinese International 'Miss Friendship'. When the reporters asked the pageants to congratulate her, then remained at their positions. It was hilarious. The reporters reminded them multiple times before the went up presenting the flower, lisses, and hugs to her.
Although #5 has a 35.5 inch breast, but her body isn't average overall. She admits that she isn't keeping, but she thinks that healthy is the most important. She said that it isn't to late to package after she wins an award. She said, "I can change my body figure, but it is enough that I have intelligence. YOU reporters should see how the judges elect first!"
Christine became a shot after given the nickname 'Toronto Kelly Lin'. She was very confident at the rehersals. She thinks she wins at understanding Cantonese. (Who do you have confidence with?) She said, "Every pageant has their own uniquness. It is hard to chose." (Will you be disappointed if you don't win?) She replied, "Then I will have to think that other people thought I won."

I was not surprised that Skye won. In fact I would be if she didn't win. She is performing the best compared to the other two in other beauty competitions. Although #5 claims that she has intellegence, but judging based on her interview she already fails. her attitude is unacceptable. You aren't here to win, but to represent your place. Winning will be the bonus. I have this feeling is over confident.
28 pageants met the final judges on this day. #4, #6, #17 appeared in low cut dresses beating Hong Kong contestant yet she still defended, "I win at average!" #4 replied, "If I am expressing a good body, I must need a good bikini." Although she is sexy, but she has pimples on her face, ruining the good side of her.!
Facing all these strong contestants, Skye doesn't lose her confidence, "We have been filming oftenly: therefore, I do a lot of exercise. I am quite fit!" (Are you confident?) She replied, "Yes, I should have confident because I am representing Hong Kong!" (You self-picked gown for tonight isn't as attractive.) Skye defended, "If you want to see a good body figure, you should wear a bikini!" (Other contestants have flat chests.) Skye said, "It is a present. Everyone is different. My mom granted me a very equal body! The competition is almost over. I feel as if we accomplished something big!" (Did you ever contact Edelweiss?) She answered embassassly, "I did contact Sire and Samantha."
There are some contestants this year who have taken nude pictures before. Singapore representative reported publicly that she has more than ten boyfriends, but the judges said that is will not affect their image. Susanna said, "Inner and outer beauty is both important." (Singapore reported publicly that she has more than ten boyfriends.) She responded, "Having the courage to report isn't an issue."
The performers will be "Most Favorate Male and Female Singer" Leo Ku and Miriam Yeung. The swinsuit event will be based on a self selected bikini. Top 8 will be covered by host and performer Eric, Ron, and Bosco taking top 5 then 3.

I wonder if Edelweiss will attend the show. Other performers besides Ron and Bosco in cludes Grace that I see form the video posted below. I like all three of them. Very excited!!! I am glad that the host is Eric. Will not be a good show without him.

2009 Miss Chinese International will be held in FoShan at January 17 on 10 P.M. 28 pageants were at FoShan filming. Due to the fact the #10 Skye Chan is a 2nd runner up, she has been grasping the spotlight. She was very attractive while filming.
It is almost towards the end of the competition. The final will be this Saturday at 10P.M. The 28 pageants form through out the world appeared in different colors of sportswear in FoShan. Although the weather was cold, but they weren't affected by it. On the other hand, they were all ery concentrated performing their best in front of the camera. Hot shot pageant #10 Skye Chan(Hong Kong) is keeping herself in a low profile, "Don't say it that way. I don't think awards are that important." Bedsides Skye, #24 Christine Guo(Toronto) is noticeable because of her beauty looks similar to other stars, but she responded that there are no benefits to looking similar to other stars.
The amount of contestants this year is the champion of the history, therefore the competition would be extended to three hours. In addition, there will be plenty of artist performing for the show including: Bosco, Ron, Ng KaLok, Bianca Wu, and more.

I am not sure if there is anything incorrect in regarding this information. Why is the show beginning at 10? That concludes that it will end at 1. Will the live audience be willing to stay up that late. Usually the show starts around 8. I do get tired of watching too many contestant especially for those who are trying to speak Cantonese. I get all confused with what they are trying to say.
Due to the fact that #13 Florence Loi(Macau) was sick, there was only 27 pageants attending this promotion event. Said that they were divided into 4 groups, each uses one hundred dollars to consume. Most of the other pageants bought some New Year products, but only #18 New York result the most special. She had a 2% discount from the store and bought one bra and underpants.
( Asked #10 Skye Chan(Hong Kong) if she taught other pageants to shop more brilliant.) She said, "No! They should go play around then they would be more concentrated and more happy because women should be aware of inner and outer beauty and shopping brilliant." The pageants have known better after meeting for a week. She highly praised that everyone one of them is beautiful. (Are you nervous?) She laughed, "No, I am facing this with a very neutral matter as if I am learning a new lesson." (Which pageant are you confident with?) She responded, "None, we need more time to get along with, but all of them is very energetic and confident." She plans to go shopping with them all after the competition. Although they are Chinese, but many of them haven't visited Hong Kong before. So hopefully I can show them around to feel the Chinese New Year atmosphere. HangZhou representative is a deaf-mute. (Are you having problems while shopping?) She revealed that she never had issues with shopping or sending SMS. She is best friends with Vancouver because she already recognized her when she was joining a beauty contest in 2003. Although she has defects, but she is the same from everyone else. She even went shopping on her own when she was at a tender age. On the other hand, #24 Toronto is this years hot shot. She said that she doesn't feel pressured about that. The most important is that she already tried her best. (Which pageant are you confident with?) She answered, "Hong Kong pageant is very nice, but it is hard to say which one I am confident with. Every pageant is pretty in their own way and I is winning based on my experience and calm." As for news saying that she looks similar to Kelly Lin, she said, "I know who Kelly Lin is, but I don't think I look like her. I like I look like my mom, but I want to look like myself." Said that she not only looks similar to Kelly Lin, but other such as Sonija Kwok, Vivian Chow, and Song Hye Kyo. (Are you happy with being similar to all these beauties?) She laughed, "Yes, but with a modest attitude."

I think Toronto looks cute, and her answers were pretty good. I usually don't like cute faces. Skye has chances of winning Miss Friendship! I don't see the purpose of this event, I just guess it is just time for them to get along and relax. Good luck to you all!
